What payment methods do you accept, and how is the deposit structured?

We take T/T bank transfer, Western Union and PayPal. For larger orders, Letter of Credit (L/C) is also available. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production starts, 70% balance before shipment. Flexible payment terms can be discussed for repeat orders.

Every order runs through three checkpoints: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection before packing. We test load strength, water resistance and abrasion on each batch. Our factory is BSCI audited and ISO 9001 certified. Additional certifications can be arranged on request for specific markets.

Shipping cost depends on volume, weight and method — sea freight or air freight, FOB or door-to-door. Sampling takes 5–7 working days. Bulk production runs 25–30 working days after sample approval. Sea freight adds roughly 30–45 days; air freight takes 5–10 days but costs more.

Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style. Trial orders below that can be discussed for new customers — the unit price is slightly higher, but we keep it competitive by optimizing material usage and production scheduling. Small-batch runs are a good way to test a new product before scaling up.

Custom samples are charged at $50–$200 depending on complexity. The full sample fee is refunded when you place a bulk order. Existing stock samples are free — you only cover the shipping cost. This lets you check material and build quality before committing to a full run.

Inspect the goods within 7 days of arrival. If you find defects in printing, stitching or size, send us photos or a short video. We will arrange replacement parts or a refund based on the actual situation. If damage happens during shipping, we will help you file a claim with the carrier to recover the loss.

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM customization: screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery or woven labels for your logo; custom fabric colors and materials from 600D to 1680D, neoprene or TPU-coated options; custom hang tags, poly bags and color boxes for retail packaging. Send us your design or reference sample and we will match it to your spec.
