Our computer-controlled cutting machine handles 900D Oxford, 1680D nylon and PET fabrics at ±0.5mm accuracy. Same pattern, same size, every piece — from sample to bulk.

We sew on Fortunen and Donyana computerized machines, with double-needle stitching on high-stress areas like shoulder straps and carry handles.

REINFORCEMENT

PRE-PRODUCTION

Fabric Drying & Stabilizing

Every fabric roll goes through a K3 conveyor dryer before cutting, removing excess moisture to prevent shrinkage and fading after washing.

SAFETY

Needle Detector: Safety for End-Users

Every finished bag passes through our needle detector, which automatically scans for needle fragments, iron filings and other metal impurities. If metal is detected, the machine triggers both audible and visual alarms and halts the conveyor belt — no bag leaves the workshop with a hidden metal hazard inside.

QUALITY CHECK

Manual Inspection: Every Detail Checked

Our QC team examines each finished bag by hand — stitching, accessories, logo printing, loose threads and overall finish. Any defect found gets fixed on the spot, and only bags with zero defects move on to packing. This is how we keep batch-to-batch quality consistent for your B2B orders.

STRENGTH TEST

Tear Test: Seam & Weld Strength Verified

We run tear tests on every batch using a fracture testing machine to measure fabric and stitching strength. Regular tests on sample bags confirm that straps, handles and stress-bearing points won't fail under real-world use. You get test data with your order, so you know exactly what your bags can handle.
