HOW WE BUILD CUSTOM BIKE BAGS THAT STAY PUT ON THE RIDE

ANTI-SWAY SADDLE BAG MOUNTING
Seat packs that swing side to side are the complaint we hear most, and overpacking is only half the cause. We build in a rigid stiffener and a two-point harness on the seatpost and rails, with a silicone grip and compression that pulls the load in, so the bag tracks straight on rough descents instead of twisting.
RF-WELDED WATERPROOF SEAMS
Stitched seams are rows of needle holes, and water follows the thread on wet rides. For dry builds we RF-weld the TPU-coated layers into one continuous barrier with no stitching to seal, and tape the seams on lighter lines. It sheds sustained rain and road spray, from water-resistant packs to fully welded dry-bag construction.
WATERPROOF ZIPPER & CLOSURE SEALING
A standard coil zipper leaks through its teeth and jams when mud and road grit work in. We fit YKK AquaGuard or equivalent water-resistant zippers on sealed builds and heavy-tooth pulls on the rest, with a flap over the closure. Sliders run smooth wet or dusty, roll-top stays shut under load, and corners do not catch.
CUSTOM-CUT FRAME FIT & DIVIDERS
Frame bags that rub the knees or rattle are a fit problem, not a packing problem. We cut the triangle to the frame and the rider's stance, with compression that trims width and dividers that hold tools and tubes quiet. Heavy gear sits low and centered, so the bag clears the legs and keeps the bike balanced on long rides.
CARBON-SAFE CONTACT & HARDWARE
Metal buckles and bare straps can scuff carbon frames and thin paint where the bag sits. We line every contact point with soft Hypalon or rubberized fabric and use carbon-safe, rounded hardware that clamps without pinching. Non-slip patches keep straps from creeping on round tubes, and the bike finish stays protected when bags come on and off.
HYDRATION RESERVOIR ROUTING & FIT
Riders ditch hydration packs when the bladder tastes, leaks or grows mold. We build a dedicated sleeve with an internal hanger and a routed hose port, sized for 1.5L to 3L reservoirs with a quick-connect bite valve. The wide-opening bladder is easy to drain and clean, and the hose stays put on the shoulder instead of flopping as you ride.

HOW WE MANUFACTURE YOUR CUSTOM BIKE BAGS

From your first tech pack or sample to bulk delivery, four steps take a custom bike bag from concept to finished order, with one contact tracking the whole process.

1. CONSULTATION & DESIGN
Send your tech pack, reference sample or sketches. We confirm the bag type, fabric, hardware, dimensions, logo and target price, and return design drafts within about 2 working days.
2. SAMPLE PRODUCTION
We make a physical sample to test fit and function. Simple or in-stock styles take about 3 days, and complex builds with new patterns take 5-7 days, so you can check capacity, zippers and mounting.
3. SAMPLE APPROVAL
You test the sample on your bike and check mounting, strap length and finish. Tell us what to change and we revise it. Your written approval sets the spec for the whole order.
4. MASS PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS
After approval we start bulk production in our BSCI-audited factory, usually 20-40 working days by style, with pre-shipment inspection. We pack to your spec and support sea, air or express shipping.
