What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom bags?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style for simpler designs and 500 pieces for complex styles with multiple compartments, custom hardware or special fabrics. The minimum exists because fabric dyeing, logo tooling and custom zippers each carry a setup cost. If you’re testing a new product line, talk to us — we support smaller trial orders on selected stock fabrics so new brands can validate a design before scaling up.
How long does custom bag sampling take, and what does a sample include?
A pre-production sample takes 5-7 working days after the design and materials are confirmed. Styles with custom-molded hardware or multiple logo methods may need a few extra days. The sample is built from your actual chosen fabric with the real logo, zippers and buckles — not a printed mockup — so you can check weight, stitching and function before committing to bulk. International sample shipping takes another 3-5 days by express.
Can I send my own design, tech pack or reference sample?
Yes — we work both ways. Send vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF), a tech pack, photos, or ship us a reference bag to copy and improve. For OEM projects we build exactly to your specifications; for ODM projects our in-house design team can refine the structure, suggest materials and produce 2D/3D renderings before sampling. Many clients start with nothing more than a hand sketch and a target price.
Which bag materials are available for custom orders?
We stock the full sports and outdoor bag range: 600D and 900D Oxford polyester, 1680D ballistic nylon, lightweight nylon, neoprene, TPU-coated waterproof fabric, canvas and recycled rPET. Fabric choice depends on the bag’s job — 1680D for heavy-duty duffels, neoprene for padded gym pouches, TPU for waterproof fishing and dry bags. Tell us the use case and we’ll recommend a fabric that fits both performance and target cost.
What logo methods do you offer, and how do I choose?
Six main methods: embroidery for a classic raised look on gym and backpack fabric; screen printing for bold solid-color logos at low unit cost; heat transfer for detailed or gradient artwork; woven labels and rubber patches for outdoor and waterproof bags; leather patches for a premium vintage finish. Send us your logo file and the bag fabric, and we’ll recommend the method that holds up best. Vector files (AI/EPS/PDF) give the cleanest result.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Standard bulk production runs 25-30 working days after the signed sample and deposit are confirmed. Exact timing depends on order quantity, number of colors and whether custom hardware needs tooling. Peak season (August to November) can add around a week, so earlier orders are safer. If you have a fixed launch or trade-show date, tell us upfront — rush schedules are possible when our production line allows.
Can you do private label and custom retail packaging?
Yes, private label is a core part of what we do. We produce woven neck labels, printed care labels, hang tags, drawstring bags, poly bags, color boxes and full retail gift boxes, all in your branding. You can specify label text, barcode placement, box dimensions and insert cards. The finished product arrives ready for retail shelves, Amazon FBA or direct-to-consumer shipping under your own brand.
What quality control and certifications back your custom bags?
Every order passes three internal checkpoints: needle detection for broken-needle safety, line-by-line manual inspection of stitching and finish, and load and tear testing on stress seams. We hold BSCI and ISO9001 factory audits, and materials can meet REACH and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on request. You’re welcome to send a third-party inspection company such as SGS or Bureau Veritas before shipment, and we resolve any flagged units before the container leaves.
What payment and shipping terms do you work with?
For bulk orders we take a 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance before shipment, by T/T bank transfer; samples can be paid via PayPal or Western Union. On shipping we support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, and can arrange sea freight, air freight or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We prepare the packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin, and quote the option that best fits your timeline and budget.
