Q2: What is the OEM customization process and production lead time?

After you confirm logo, color, size, compartment structure and packaging requirements, we provide design drafts within 2 working days. Pre-production samples take about 7 working days, and bulk production is completed within 25-40 working days after deposit and PP sample approval. A dedicated account manager tracks the whole process, and we support silk-screen printing, embroidery, woven labels, rubber patches and custom retail packaging.

Q3: What is your MOQ, and do you support small trial orders?

Stock items support a minimum order of 100 pieces, helping new cross-border sellers and tackle shop owners test the market with low upfront risk. Fully customized orders with exclusive logo and packaging require an MOQ of 300 pieces. We also accept mixed trial orders across our fishing bag range, with flexible scaling once your sales data is confirmed.

Q4: How much gear does this fly fishing chest pack carry, and are fly boxes included?

The main hard shell pocket holds about two standard fly boxes, the secondary pocket stores personal items, and the drop-down front pocket works as a flat rigging station. A detachable foam fly patch, tippet spool holder and built-in hook organize flies and tippet, while dual side clips, an elastic plier holder, wire loops and a D-ring secure tools and a landing net. Please note that fly boxes and tackle are sold separately and are not included.

Q5: Will the pack stay stable and comfortable while wading all day?

Yes. The adjustable neck strap and waist belt (up to about 84cm/33in) fix the pack at two points, so it does not bounce while wading or casting, and the pack weighs only about 0.567kg. The full 3D mesh back panel ventilates the chest and controls odor, while the roll-up bottom sleeve keeps a water bottle within reach.

Q6: Does the pack protect flies and boxes in rain and river splashes?

The water-resistant hard shell sheds rain and splashes and protects fly boxes against crushing, and the two-way zippers keep contents organized. As a chest-mounted soft pack it is not fully submersible; after saltwater or heavy-splash use we recommend rinsing and drying it, and OEM orders can add upgraded zippers or fabric on request.
