After you confirm logo, color, size, divider structure and packaging requirements, we provide design drafts within 2 working days. Pre-production samples take about 7 working days, and bulk production is completed within 25-40 working days after deposit and PP sample approval. A dedicated account manager tracks the whole process, and we support silk-screen printing, embroidery, woven labels, rubber patches and custom retail packaging.

Q3: What is your MOQ, and do you support small trial orders?

Q4: How is the storage laid out in this fishing backpack tackle bag?

The pack uses three independent compartments. The upper main compartment holds clothing and rain gear, the middle compartment stores about four 3600 tackle trays laid flat, and the bottom insulated compartment carries drinks, bait and ice packs with EPE foam and EPVA lining. A moveable divider and internal mesh pocket let you rearrange the space, while twelve tactical D-buckles and top bungee lacing add external attachment points. Please note that tackle trays are not included.

Q5: How many rods can the bag carry, and is it comfortable when fully loaded?

Three side rod holder pockets carry up to three rods at once, keeping them secure and your hands free when moving between spots. The ergonomic padded shoulder straps reduce pressure from a loaded 30L pack, a side mesh pocket holds a water bottle, and the front lower mesh pocket organizes pliers and tools with D-rings. When empty, the whole bag folds flat to 14×23×5cm and weighs only about 0.7kg.

Q6: Does the bag stay dry and stable on wet banks and boat decks?

Yes. The rigid waterproof base with four pyramid non-slip rubber feet blocks moisture and grips wet ground, deck boards and rocks, while the water-repellent 1000D outer shell beads light rain and splashes. As a zippered soft pack it is not fully submersible; for saltwater use we recommend rinsing and drying it after each trip, and OEM orders can add upgraded zippers on request.
