- Lightweight PU-coated polyester or nylon (210D–600D) for casual bank and freshwater bags, promos and high-volume entry lines; soft, light and water-repellent.
- PVC-coated 500D–1000D, with 600D the staple, seals out spray and salt, wipes clean and suits boat, deck and cooler bags at a sharp cost.
- TPU-laminated 840D–1680D nylon or recycled RPET for offshore and dry bags, soft in cold weather, weldable and made to last; tarpaulin reinforces the base on request.
- PU/PVC sheds splash, while true waterproof builds pair TPU fabric with high-frequency welded or heat-sealed seams and roll-top or waterproof zippers, so needle holes never leak.
- A main bay sized to standard 3600 and 3700 trays with adjustable dividers (3–24 compartments), holding two to five boxes flat and secure without rattling, built to your capacity.
- Side rod sleeves shield blanks and guides, while a tarpaulin or molded waterproof base resists punctures, stands upright on wet decks and protects the load when set down.
- Open plier sheaths, knife and line-spool holders, retractor tabs and MOLLE-style slots clip on extra pouches, a net or bottle, all reached without opening a zipper.
- Specify heavy-duty YKK VISLON resin or AquaGuard zippers with 316 stainless sliders and bartacked ends that will not seize, rust or snap; zipperless buckle-and-flap entry is available on request.
- Padded straps and breathable backs carry heavy trays; add an insulated cooler sleeve, then finish with custom zippers, metal hardware, woven labels and private-label trims.
