Generally, samples are chargeable. The cost depends on the complexity of the samples, ranging from $50 to $200 approximately. However, if you place a bulk order later, the sample fee will be refunded in full. Moreover, for the existing simple samples, we can provide them to you free of charge, but you need to bear the corresponding shipping cost. This way, you can understand the product quality in advance while taking cost considerations into account.
What should I do if the goods arrive with defects? Is there a warranty?
We provide a comprehensive quality guarantee. Please carefully inspect the goods within 7 days after receiving the order. If there are obvious defects such as damage, printing errors, or size discrepancies, please send us relevant photos or videos in a timely manner. We will arrange to replace the goods or issue a refund for you according to the actual situation. If the goods are damaged during transportation, we will also actively assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to fully protect your rights and interests.
