We’ll send a tracking number via email after shipping. You can check status on the logistics provider’s official site (e.g., Maersk for sea freight, DHL for express).

We use the T/T payment method (common in international trade): 30% deposit is paid when placing the order (for fabric procurement & production arrangement), and the remaining 70% balance is paid after the bulk order is completed and we provide a copy of the bill of lading. We support USD settlement; other currencies can be negotiated if needed.

Please provide clear photos/videos of the “problem products + packaging” within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will verify the issue: if it is confirmed to be our quality responsibility, we can offer partial replacement, full-order discount compensation, or negotiate other reasonable solutions.

You can adjust design details (e.g., fabric, functional pockets, logo position) for free before the pre-production sample is confirmed. If you modify the plan after the pre-production sample is confirmed, additional fees for re-sampling/production adjustments will apply; the specific amount will be negotiated based on the extent of the modifications.

We recommend providing vector files in AI/CDR format (to ensure clear printing). The logo size should be no smaller than 5×5cm (too small may cause blurry printing); if you only have image files, please ensure the resolution is ≥300dpi.

Yes, we offer custom branded packaging (e.g., logo-printed cartons/woven labels), which requires a MOQ of 500 pieces per style. For smaller orders, we can provide “neutral unbranded packaging” (kraft cartons + transparent inner bags), or attach your provided branded labels for you.

Due to fluctuations in fabric and logistics costs, our quotations are valid for 15 calendar days. If you place an order after the validity period, the price will need to be re-calculated (we will communicate with you in advance).
